Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Agrosphere app and website (the "Service"), operated by Harshwardhan Parganiha. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Agrosphere does

Agrosphere helps farmers identify crop disease from photos and provides weather information, field tools, and AI-generated farming guidance. The Service may rely on third-party and AI providers and on internet connectivity for some features.

2. Agricultural & AI disclaimer — please read. Diagnoses, health scores, treatments, dosages and any advice provided by Agrosphere are AI-generated and for general informational purposes only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. Agrosphere is not a licensed agronomist, and the Service is not a substitute for professional advice. Always verify with a qualified expert and read product labels before applying any pesticide, fungicide, fertiliser or chemical. You are solely responsible for decisions you make about your crops, land, and chemical use.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to it, uploading unlawful content, or using it to harm others.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them to provide and improve the Service (for example, running a diagnosis or storing your scan history). See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service availability & changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features depend on third-party services that may change or become unavailable.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agrosphere and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for crop loss, yield loss, or losses arising from reliance on the Service or its AI output.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
